Effect of Heat Sealing Temperature on Heat Sealing Strength of Shrink Film
The heat sealing temperature directly affects the heat sealing strength of the heat shrinkable film. In the process of packaging or bag making, if the heat sealing temperature setting is inappropriate or improperly adjusted, the following two situations may occur.
1. When the heat sealing temperature is too high and exceeds the heat shrinkage temperature of the heat shrinkable film surface layer material, the film body shrinks and deforms, resulting in shrink film and heat sealing.
Adhesion between the knives, heat sealing edge material melt extrusion, causing root cutting phenomenon.
2. When the heat sealing temperature is too low, there will be a phenomenon of poor heat sealing.
